TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms govern your use of CAP · the CrossFit Affiliate Programming app. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.
1.The service
CAP provides daily CrossFit Affiliate Programming workouts, performance tracking, and a global community for athletes and coaches. The service is provided as-is during this v1.0 preview · features may change, data may be reset, and downtime may occur.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. CrossFit-style training carries inherent physical risk; consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. CAP does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified coach's in-person guidance.
3.Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share it. We'll never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect compromise, change it immediately via the password reset flow.
4.Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Post abusive, threatening, or harassing comments
- Submit fake scores or impersonate another athlete
- Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours
- Use automated tools to flood the service or scrape data
- Use CAP for commercial purposes without our written permission
5.Content you post
Comments, scores, and other content you submit remain yours. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and back up that content as needed to operate the service. Coaches and admins of your affiliate may moderate content that violates these terms.
6.Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is retained for 30 days then deleted, except where we're required to retain it longer by law.
7.Disclaimers and liability
CAP is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We're not liable for injuries sustained during workouts, for data loss, or for any indirect or consequential damages. Where permitted by law, our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim · which during v1.0 is zero, because the app is free.
8.Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
